Warranty

Hero Loupes, LLC provides warranty coverage for its products, subject to the terms and limitations outlined below.

• Telescopes/Oculars and Adhesive: Covered under a Limited Lifetime Warranty
• Lights: Covered for 2 years
• Batteries: Covered for 2 years
• Remounting (TTL PD calibration): Covered for 45 days

Warranty Limitations

This warranty does not cover damage resulting from:

• Misuse, neglect, accidents, or improper handling
• Unauthorized modification or repairs performed by third parties
• Liquid damage or exposure beyond normal use (products are water-resistant, not waterproof)
• Use not in accordance with manufacturer guidelines

Additional limitations:

• Scratches, abrasions, or cosmetic wear are considered normal wear and are not covered
• Lost or stolen products are not covered
• Application of adhesives or alterations may void warranty
• Warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser

Hero Loupes reserves the right to determine serviceability after evaluation.

Warranty Service Process

If you experience an issue:

1. Contact us at sales@heroloupes.com
2. Send the product in for evaluation

• Customer is responsible for shipping the product to Hero Loupes
• Hero Loupes covers return shipping for serviced or replaced items

For smaller accessory items:

• Replacement may be provided without requiring return of the original product
• Shipping charges may apply

🔁 EXCHANGE 

At Hero Loupes®, we offer a 45-day trial period to ensure satisfaction.

During this period:

• Customers may exchange products for items of equal value
• Price differences will be collected or refunded accordingly

We encourage customers to contact us for support prior to exchange, as many issues can be resolved through adjustments.

Prescription Lens Policy 

Prescription lens fabrication and placement are part of the customized product.

• The initial customization cost is $200
• In the event of a return, an adjustment fee of $200 may apply due to customization

For future prescription updates:

• $200 lab & labor fee
• $50 shipping fee

We offer a 45-day return period from the date of delivery.

Return Eligibility

• Returns must be initiated within 45 days of delivery
• Products may be used under normal working conditions during the trial period
• Items must be returned in reasonable condition

Refunds

• Refunds are issued to the original form of payment
• Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after inspection

Customization Adjustment

• Customized components (including prescription configurations) are part of the product
• In the event of a return, an adjustment fee of $200 may apply

Shipping Costs

• Original shipping fees are non-refundable
• Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective

• We will resolve the issue at no additional cost
