You may use the product under normal working conditions during this period.

To qualify for a return:

• Must be within 45 days of delivery
• Product must be in reasonable condition
• All original components included

Refunds

• Refunds are issued to the original payment method
• Processed within 5–10 business days after inspection

Customized Products

Hero Loupes products are customized.

• Customized components (including prescription configurations) are included as part of the product
• In the event of a return, an adjustment fee of $200 may apply

Shipping Costs

• Original shipping is non-refundable
• Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless defective

Defective or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives defective or incorrect:

• Contact us immediately
• We will resolve the issue at no additional cost
