Repair Request

Complete the form to request a repair ticket. Prioritize disinfecting the product when shipping. Your cooperation is valued.

Return Request

Simply fill out the form below to start the return process. Once confirmed, please disinfect, carefully package product and include a message on a note for us to reference the return. You will mail package to the address below. Unfortunately, shipping cost is out of pocket. However, you may select the most economical option as long as there is tracking number. Once we receive the product, we can issue the full return. No restocking fees or hidden fees. Allow 2 weeks for credit to reflect. Any helpful feedback on product improvement is greatly appreciated.
