How to Use the HERO LOUPES PD Ruler

Upon completion of your online checkout, we will send you a PDF file that contains straightforward instructions on how to take the necessary images for us to digitally measure your pupillary distance. You may download the file HERE. This process will enable us to ensure the accuracy of your prescription and the proper fitting of your dental loupes.

Set the print scale to "Default". Once printed, confirm printed ruler (mm) using another readily available ruler (mm) to check the print accuracy. Ensure that 100mm equals 100mm.

    Instructions Manual

Upon receipt of your HERO LOUPES, they will be meticulously calibrated to your specified working distance and seamlessly integrated with your digitally measured pupillary distance. A slight venn diagram or ovoid view is deemed acceptable and falls within the standard parameters. Minor adjustments, such as leveling and aligning the pupils evenly, can be made by modifying the nose pads. Should further adjustments to the working distance be necessary, a simple rotation of the silver dial suffices. Additionally, the convergence angle can be customized using the provided driver tool.

For a visual guide on these adjustments, please refer to the instructional video linked below.
