Purchasing Hero Ergo XL Loupes was such a smooth process from start to finish! They were perfect out of the box! Took less than 2 days to fully adjust and less than a week to realize how much less pain I was in at the end of the day!! The hardest part was realizing how much I did NOT have to move my neck and head to see. The peripheral vision is impressive. Customer Service has been exceptional and I love that there’s a 45 day trial period…..you won’t need it because you’ll be in love after your second patient. Highly recommend Hero Ergo Loupes! Lightweight. Incredible field of vision as well as peripheral vision. Just wish I had ordered sooner!

The loupes work well and really help my neck and back. I assist in many head and neck surgeries weekly. The only issue I have is the nose piece. It is very uncomfortable and causes pain during surgeries. I have adjusted it but it does not help. It deters me from wearing my loupes in really long cases.

I was hesitant, but I am so glad that I went ahead and got Hero Loupes because of all the raving reviews I've read! It is so lightweight and the clarity is out of this world. I liked that the videos are so convenient on how to adjust them. I got used to the loupes within a week. Thank you!

Absolutely love my Hero loupes. Got the XLs and can see so much. Great posture, adjusted to them really quickly. Build quality feels really solid.
The learning curve to adjust was quite challenging but once you get over the hurdle I regret not getting these loupes sooner! Very adaptable for all procedures (endo, implants, extractions, fillings, crowns, etc) due to its wide depth of field. Not only that, I don't have back or neck pain at the end of a long work day!
If you haven’t already used Hero Loupes, you should now! These EvoXL ergonomic loupes are a total game changer even for beginners who are just stepping into dentistry. They’re so light weight and easy to work with, I was using 3.2x until I used 5x EvoXL - and honestly that was the best decision ever. The transition was so smooth and no back pain no stiffness of neck anymore. It’s definitely a worthwhile investment. A special mention to Dr. Trieu and his team, who will go above and beyond to provide you with the best service no matter where you’re located.
Loupes arrived very securely packaged. Comes with clear instructions. The frame feels pretty sturdy and it’s spring loaded. At 6x I did sacrifice FOV for magnification but the ergo aspect made up for it. Can’t wait to use them!
The Hero XL loupes are the best loupes I've had in 25 years of using loupes. I didn't realize how much discomfort my other loupes caused me until I wore these. They are a game changer.
